Alice’s Shift Dress or Top makes me think of sun-dappled riverbanks, blue skies, and maybe a Cheshire cat or two. Make a top, or extend rows to make a sweater dress to wear with leggings. This pattern is suitable for advanced beginners, gives many sizing options, and allows you to choose either DK or worsted weight yarn.
Size: XS/S/M/L/XL in DK weight yarn, or S/M/L/XL/XXL in worsted weight yarn.
Materials: 2/3/3/4/5 balls of worsted weight or DK yarn (one ball extra per size if making the dress version of the pattern).
Hook/Needle Size: 8mm and size 6mm crochet hooks (or size required to obtain gauge).
